Investment

NEV International will make financial commitments in the form of equity participation with companies that presently are or desire in the future to manufacture products presently marketed by NEV International. The products would include different types of ambulances, rescue vehicles, bomb detection and removal vehicles with robots, communication vehicles/trailers and mobile laboratories.

Any investment is subject to acceptable results from a feasibility study performed by NEV International indicating the need of manufacturing capabilities of the selected products.

In 2005, NEV International acquired a twenty percent (20%) equity position in the Saudi Arabian company of Manafeth Ambulance & Handicap Vehicles, LLC. In addition to its equity position, NEV International remains the Technical Partner of the Saudi Corporation.

Product Technology Transfer

Technology transfer takes place through a Joint Venture, Equity Investment or Consulting Agreement.

The process consists of:

Development and implementation of a Manufacturing Standards Manual covering the practices that are specifically designed to ensure compliance with all rules and regulations that might apply.

Training personnel in the execution of the processes as defined in the Process Control Manual which is designed specifically for the products included in the arrangement.

Complete set of Engineering Standards and Drawings to produce high quality products and training engineering personnel in maintaining the engineering standards and drawings.

Implementation of a Quality Control Program and Auditing System to ensure satisfaction of customers.

Facility Engineering & Procurement

The Facility Engineering and Procurement Group are involved with design of manufacturing facilities capable to produce selected products designed by NEV International.

The following services are offered:

• Engineering:

  Determine space requirements, based on types and quantities of products.

  Detailed designs for:

  • Lighting Systems
  • Electric Power Distribution Systems
  • Compressed Air Systems
  • Water Filtration Systems

  Design of:

  Prepare bidding proposals for all to be acquired purchases

  Negotiations and acquisition of all machinery and equipment to product the required products

  Develop a key event schedule to receive machinery and equipment in a timely fashion

• Installation:

  Supervise all installation of acquired machinery and

  Train the appropriate personnal in the use of the acquired machinery and equipment.

NEV International offers fully integrated services that combine exceptional design, advanced engineering and precise craftsmanship. We specialize in structural, mechanical and electrical systems focused on supporting the emergency, rescue, military and specialty vehicle markets.

Our manufacturing facility is located at the Orlando International Airport in Orlando, Florida, USA. At this location, the company concentrates its efforts in building specialty vehicles for the US Department of Defense and other foreign government agencies. In addition to this location, the Manafeth manufacturing facility in Riyadh, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia is the company’s major manufacturer of ambulances, rescue vehicles and other specialized units for the military and civilian markets.

Research and Development is an essential part of the company’s philosophy. It is essential to ensure that technological advances solutions are available to support our customer’s need. We offer complete concept and prototype specialty vehicle development services that range from styling and modeling through release and production.

At our Engineering Development Studio, also located at the Orlando International Airport, we turn concepts, renderings, package plans and CAD/CAE data in to precise physical models. We see the development cycle all the way through to vehicle launch.
