Joint Ventures


NEV International is pursuing Joint Ventures worldwide. The focus of these ventures is to enhance the strengths and capabilities of the partners involved and at the same time enhance the marketing and sales efforts of the company’s own products.

Joint Ventures can come in a variety of forms, such as sales/marketing arrangements, promotion of equipment manufactured by others that would supplement NEV International products, and exclusive distribution agreements.

Present arrangements include:

Manafeth Ambulance and Handicap Vehicles, LLC

NEV International has an arrangement whereby the company represents Manafeth in the sale and marketing of their products on exclusive bases in all countries worldwide except for the Arab countries. The company anticipates in late 2007 to establish Sales and Engineering facilities in Europe.


Military Truck Parts, Inc.

Military Truck Parts is the company’s exclusive distributor for the MTTS shelters for use with the HMMWV chassis for customers in the USA, including the US government requirements.

Mobile Medical International Corporation

The company has a marketing agreement with Mobile Medical International to promote their Mobile Single Pallet Unit. This trailer mounted inflatable shelter, which is rapidly deployable, is built to be used in conjunction with the chassis mounted MTTS shelter. The inflatable shelter has 400 ft² of NBC protected interior space that can be used as triage facility.
